Install of Unreal Engine for Aximmetry Setup Stuck :/

I'm trying to install Unreal Engine for Aximmetry but it's stuck on this page for around 1/2 an hour

I am running an RTX 3060 and have over 25GB of free storage
I downloaded the 7z file of the website extracted it then moved it to directly under my C: drive and then ran the executable and I would just be stuck on this page

Please Help

Hi,

The updating component registration part of the installation can take more than an hour, especially when installing it on an old hard drive.
