We will need a bit more information to reproduce the crash.
Are you using the Video Recorder module and you set 50i frame rate there? Or did you set 50i in Preferences -> Rendering? Does the crash happen with other codecs, frame rate, or video input?

You can also upload the dump to a filesharing site like Google Drive, and then grant access to it for sales@aximmetry.com. Then send a mail to sales@aximmetry.com with the link to the file and a description of how the crash happened.

We will then process the dump and send you a reply once we find the source of the crash.

yes i'm using the video recorder module and was setting 50i frame rate there.

Its the only setting i'm getting the crash report. Did i have to change something in the preferences?

The Dump file is 3 Gb. I'll try to upload the file.

When you set Video Recorder to 50i:

That means that the whole Aximmetry Composer will start to render frames as fast as it can and put it into a 50i video.
People use this option in post-production.
If you have live production, it will incorrectly record any live input, as it will put them into shorter or longer videos than the actual live input's duration.

You should instead leave it at Realtime:

And set the Rendering Frame rate to 50i in Edit-> Preferences:

This will ensure that everything in the Flow Editor is processed at 50i rate. The Video Recorder will also record according to this rendering frame rate when it is set to Realtime.

Nevertheless, we would welcome your dump file if you can send it.

I dont want to use Live Production. I only prepare everything for Post Production and rendering with 50i (DNXHR).
