Mars Vive (3.0) and FIZTRACK

Hi i am using Aximmetry edition broadcast 2023.2.2

When I import camera calibration data from basic calibration or Camera calibration, aximmetry composer don't reconigze zoom data. I import the data file from calibration vive mars in to the flow panel but I don't know where must conect it. I have a mixed camera Unreal project. And i tried in the TRK inputs> panel >pin values> Calibration profile select the option but appear like disactivated. The fiztrack in Unreal Engine works. The camera tracking works in Unreal and Aximetry.

Sometimes in Messages Panel appear : ZoomEncoder: Mapped: #1 (Free-D: 192.168.100.211:40000 / Camera 0): No input.

If I’m not mistaken, the zoom data is embedded with the FreeD Mars data amd not sent as a separate device input.

Hi,

Yes, the Vive Mars zoom encoder (FIZTrack) sends the Zoom in the same FreeD as the tracking.

So remove any value from the Zoom Device in TRK inputs: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/green-screen-production/tracked-camera-workflow/inputs/#zoom-device You can reset it if you right click on it

And you don't need to set up a Zoom Encoder device:

Thanks for you quick response.

Now we have a problem with the basic calibrator flloor. We can't see or find them. We trying move diferents paremeters but is like the floor disappear. Before add the fiztrack the floor was visible.

Hi,

You likely have incorrect Zoom from the Fiztrack, to see the floor from near the center point, you should have a zoom that translates to a vertical FOV (Field Of View) between 30° and 179°.

And you should have the Position's (P) height (Y) higher than 0.

Note, you can hide the Floor with these parameters, so make sure they are turned on:

And if you are not within like 5 meters of the zero point, then you can increase the floor's size with these parameters:
