We're using most tracking systems is using the Freed protocol(d1), it's working perfectly, but we had one tracking tripod is Cartoni, and it using the Freed(A2), and seems Aximmetry is unable to get the tracking data of it, do I have any way to change the Freed protocol in Aximmetry? Thank you

Sadly A2 is not supported. However, it could be that your tripod also supports D1 and you can switch to it. You should try to find this information in its manual.
