Assistance Needed with TEVO-VL20N-NDI PTZ Camera Calibration

I recently purchased a TEVO-VL20N-NDI PTZ camera (https://www.tenveo-video-conference.com/ndi-ptz-camera/tevo-vl20n-ndi-ptz-conference-camera-hd1080p.html) and am facing challenges calibrating and utilizing it for tracked usage via the Aximmetry Camera Calibrator. Specifically, I am encountering issues with the VISCA protocol. The calibrator frequently displays a "connection lost" message, although this disappears when I maneuver the PTZ using the web interface, prompting me to calibrate. Despite successful calibration with the checkerboard, the VISCA tracking information isn't transmitted during testing, causing the virtual ground to remain stationary.
Here's a video showing the camera loosing its VISCA connection: https://streamable.com/waybi0
I would immensely appreciate any advice or insights from anyone who has experience with this particular camera, especially regarding the VISCA protocol and Aximmetry calibration.
Thank you very much!
Best regards,

Your camera probably isn’t suitable for sending tracking data. VISCA is a protocol for controlling the camera and not primarily for sending tracking data. I haven’t seen any VISCA camera sending useable tracking data so far. Professional PTZ cameras use FreeD.

Thank you, TwentyStudios, for shedding light on this matter. It's quite disheartening, given the option to utilize VISCA for camera tracking, yet it appears to lack stable functionality. I appreciate your assistance and will contemplate my next steps with this camera. It's indeed challenging to find PTZ equipment with Free-D availability in the Brazilian market.

Just because Aximmetry supports using VISCA for camera tracking, it of course doesn’t mean that all cameras with VISCA supports it. That’s nothing Aximmetry can do anything about, since it’s up to the camera manufacturer to implement support for it. Did you check with the manufacturer that camera tracking is supported on this camera model?

Thank you for the insightful response. I am in contact with the manufacturer's support, but the time zone difference with China does not help much. I completely understand that this is a camera limitation, and I agree 100%. I am checking with them if there is a possibility of updating the firmware for more consistent VISCA information/data transmission as it seems to close the VISCA connection and stop sending data. Also, the data stream appears to be slow, transmitting nearly every second. I greatly appreciate your help!
