Your file path is probably too long. Try extracting into a folder named “Axi” on the root of a drive instead.

I was using rar

Now I used    beeZIP and it succeeded in opening the file without problems.

But during the installation, it objects to some files and does not complete the installation

I downloaded the file again but the same problem

Until now, I have not downloaded the Unreal version of Epic Game. Could this be the reason?

The latest Unreal (Unreal_Engine_for_Aximmetry_2023.2.2) installer should work without a problem.
You could check when you get this error, that the file is really missing in Windows Explorer:

Maybe an anti-virus program deletes it after unzipping it.

Note that you can probably ignore this missing file:

As this file is not part of the actual engine.
The file is a material located inside the Starter Content Sample:

What is missing is not one file, but many files

If you don't find these files with Windows Explorer after extracting:
Then you should download the zipped file again and unzip it.
Make sure you have enough space on your computer's drive.
And that you don't have an anti-virus program that deletes or quarantines these files.
