How to render to disk in 5400x1200 pixels from my laptop

Situation:
Travelling with my rtx4090 laptop with no external display. My Axi project uses virtual cameras (animated in sequencer). My green screen billboard content is pre-recorded on disk. I would like to render high quality content from my Axi project to disk.

Questions:

  • How do I setup Axi to render out to disk at 5400x1200 in maximum quality?
  • What are the limitations of this workflow compared to real-time output?

Thank you :-)

Just set the project rendering resolution to that. In the flow editor you can just insert a Recorder Module right before the output. In the recorder module you can specify a frame rate instead of “Real-time”, which will render out the scene as fast as possible without dropping any frames. You can also add triggers to start playback on you Billboards video when you start recording.

I recommend using the CineForm codec as a master format. It’s both high performance and very high quality.
