Trouble with Camera when I start recording

Hello,

So I've got some trouble with my Aximmetry scene when I start recording. While on the Preview everything happens and appears as normal, as soon as I push Record my Chroma billboard starts dropping frames per second and looking really really crappy.

Anybody to provide me a solution to that problem?

I had never seen such an issue before.
Which method do you use for recording and with what settings?

Also, is the billboard prerecorded footage or live input?
