Hello, I made the adjustments to use a PTZ camera Canon CR-500, with Free_D protocol, using the basic calibrator. Using aximmetry insert the model, everything worked fine. I would like to insert AR models using an external chroma key. When I did this, the camera tracking was lost. It is necessary to have all devices geenlocked, camera, decklink and switcher?

Hi,
You should genlock the camera and the tracking device only, as you want those in sync.
The decklink and the switcher shouldn't be genlocked as they don't generate a signal or video, they just receive it or transmit it. You can read more on Genlock here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/syncing-and-genlock/
Usually, chroma-keyed video is used with Tracked camera compounds in Aximmetry and not with the AR camera compounds. Are you sure you want to make AR models from the chroma-keyed video and not billboards? You can find more information about chroma keying (green screen) here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/different-studios-for-virtual-production/green-screen/
