Currently, we are in the process of completing the LED Wall project and utilizing OpenColorIO (OCIO) within UE5. However, after running it, Aximmetry's camera does not seem to be converting color spaces. Could you please advise on the necessary steps to address this?

Note that Aximmetry doesn't use Unreal's nDisplay solution. Aximmetry has its own LED Wall solution and LUT or color adjust.
So if you set OpenColorIO on nDisplay in Unreal, that will not work in Aximmetry.
If you somehow applied OpenColorIO on Aximmetry's camera in Unreal, then you might have to set the rendering to Linear in Aximmetry Composer File->Properties:
