I don't think we have such an option, however, you can Clear the Log or the Messages or change their logging Level:

There is actually an Enable Log pin for the Video Input module. So If you can tell a little bit more about why would be such a feature useful, then I can add this to our request list to have for example a similar pin for the Video Player module.
