Hello all, ryzen 7950x, load 7%, , no cores fully loaded, with 30 fps all is good, when 60 fps/unlimited - there is 100% load on CPU all the time in any resolution, even at 720, gpu is under 40%.
How to get low load on CPU? ) The same problem in all scenes, even blank (cooked).

You should make sure that you don't have power-saving options turned on in Windows.
Note that rendering resolution (Frame Size) won't affect much the CPU load. And Unreal's Lumen has a big GPU and CPU load even when you are not really rendering anything in Unreal.
Also, since Aximmetry version 2023.2.2, you have the option to use GPU to decode certain video formats in Edit->Preferences:
If you are using lots of high-quality videos in Aximmetry with your scene and your scene's geometry and rendering is very simple, then you might want this turned on.
