I installed the Studio DE. But there is no preview in the window. I have changed the number from 1 to ten. But still no signal. I can see the putput when pressing ctrl key. I also upgraded the graphic card to the latest version.

You should be getting output on index #1 and #2 of preview as there are 2 exposed outputs in that compound:
I never heard of such a problem before, so I will need some more information:
Does it work if you output in full for your monitor?
You selected no Multi-GPU mode and the GPU is correctly shown in GPU 1?
Does this happen in other compounds, for example in these compounds?
