Aximmetry's Network Extension (HTTP command interface and HTTP Request module) is a Professional and Broadcast edition feature. It is not included in the Studio licenses.

You were at the right place otherwise, the settings for HTTP control are in the Preferences:

You will access the control board through your IP address. At the end of the documentation, you find an example of how to test out these HTTP commands using the reqbin website: https://reqbin.com/req/3mrxjgw4/post-xml-example
