Aximmetry DE Cant reopen unreal Projects

We have sent an email which have a link to download Aximmetry software dump file.

We Have the same issue

Also on windows 10 Pro 2004 very unstable working. Sometimes Aximmetry or Unreal Editor force closes with no erorrs

I have had similar issues. (but I was adding variables through GetAximmetry... in UE affecting the active connections). (when it was just a regular crash and would not reopen, only a full reboot would work again)

However I found 2 workarounds.

To avoid a reboot

1. Trash/Reset you settings (when you launch the app). Not sure what about this helped but it did the trick

2. Before a recook big UE changes, I make sure I have an Aximmetry backup in which I have removed the UE element. If you have to use it, It is a pain to reconnect all but I never got stuck with this type of issue after this.

We have solved this problem by applying a workaround provided by aximmetry

Until they release a fix for this problem you can do the following :

warning :Apply if you are familiar with windows registry

In the registry of Windows in this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers

you will find this key:

C:\\Program Files\\Aximmetry DE\\bin\\Aximmetry.Composer.exe

you should delete this key.
