Which installer did you use?

Did it happen right at the start, or after a certain window of the installer?

Hi. The version is aximmetry studio DE. I have used and worked with it but now that i need to update, i'm having this problem. 

The problem occurs on the transition of installation between aximmetry and unrea. Some times i manage to install, but the unreal engine is not installed in the version 5.2

First, you should make sure you have enough space on your drive. Unreal needs about 20 gigabytes.
If you do, then I would suggest deselecting library packages and Unreal when installing:

If the installer succeeds like that, then after the installation, install the library packages and Unreal from here: https://my.aximmetry.com/User/MyDownloads

Yees, i tried this solution and worked. But i hope that you guys fix this problem on the installer. Thanks for the help!
