I'm currently using the Vanishing Point Stereolab camera with the Vector software.
Although i can get actor tracking within the software, I'm unsure how to pipe this software through to Aximmetry in order to track the billboard.
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with the Vector software.
Are you sure it is actually tracking the actor and it is not just a billboard placed somewhere in the scene?
It could be that it auto-places the billboard or geometry based on the depth data of the stereo camera of the camera tracking system.
If you can get the billboard's position from the Vector software in Free-d or OSC or in any protocol that Aximmetry can receive, then there will be a way for Aximmetry to apply it to the Billboard.
