ECode: 532462766 , Failed to Install Common Library 2023.2.X

Hello,

I am trying to install versions of Aximmetry professional DE and I get error 532462766, I have a w11 professional version 22h2, I have read that this software is compatible with w11, where does the problem lie?

Hi,

Yes, Aximmetry works with Windows 11.

It is likely one of Windows's preinstalled features is missing from your Windows. You can read more about these here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/supported-hardware/pc/software-environment/ 

Also, if you are using an eGPU, you should try installing it with the eGPU being disconnected.
