Now that the clean install didn't work, you could try the following:
Open the Registry Editor:
Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall folder and delete any folders that contain Aximmetry under it.
You can do so, by searching for Aximmetry (you can search by pressing down CTRL + F). Note that the search will find more than one folder under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall, as Unreal Editor for Aximmetry will have a folder here too. You should delete both folders, as long they are under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall path.
