You are probably trying to open an Unreal project that was cooked with Unreal Editor for Aximmetry 2023.2.0. while you are using an earlier version of Aximmetry (2023.1.0).
You should open the Unreal project with Unreal Editor for Aximmetry 2023.1.0. and cook again. Then you should be able to open it with Aximmetry 2023.1.0.
If it is still not working, then you should make sure that the common project libraries are also matching with your current version of Aximmetry. For example, by making sure that you have them selected when you install Aximmetry:
