It is very strange that you have the same plugin at two different places within the Unreal Engine for Aximmetry:

That plugin should be only under: ...UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Experimental\PixelStreamingPlayer

I would suggest reinstalling Unreal Engine for Aximmetry to fix this.

Don't forget to first place the plugins under the original Unreal's marketplace folder or use Epic's marketplace to download the plugins. And then run the plugin install in Unreal Engine for Aximmetry.
