Panasonic aw-ue100 lens file for new calibrator?

today we tried to do camera calibration with a new calibrator. Here is the file. But for some reason, on the test then terrible distortions. what are we doing wrong? maybe someone has a working file for this camera from a new calibrator, for comparison?

I had the same stuff happen, with the same camera.

Maybe try turning off lens distortion inside Inputs>Scene in the Composer? That helped me.

without lens distortion - not very good AR elements showing. Would like it to work.

Has anyone successfully calibrated a PTZ camera on a new calibrator to make it work?

Hi,

The tracking data in that calibration is wrong in multiple ways, so there is no way for us to know what has gone wrong.

Anyway, we can make some guesses.
First, you should make sure you have the correct tracking device selected and it does work. For example, if you have multiple aw-ue100 cameras, make sure you select the one you are going to use.
Next, when you start calibrating and the program asks you to zoom in or out, you actually zoom in and you don't zoom out instead, which would be the opposite of what it asks for. If you do the opposite the calibrator might think that your camera has an inverted zoom in and out.
Also, don't move the calibration board in the last 5 frames, when the program asks you not to move it.
And last, make sure you have the calibration board printed exactly as it is instructed here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/tracking/camera-calibrator/#calibration-board

I hope this helps. If you are still encountering this problem, can you show a screenshot of the settings in the Camera Calibrator, before you start any of the calibration?

Warmest regards,
