Please make sure you have an internet connection on the computer and no firewall blocking Aximmetry's network connection.

Did you purchase your license directly from Aximmetry or through a reseller? That error message means you have installed and registered Aximmetry on another workstation.

We bought it on the official website, but the current warranty has expired, and we have only used it on one computer. After updating to 2022 5.0, it was unusable, and it was revised to 2022 2.0

We made some changes that might have caused an issue before. There is still an active machine on that license, you could deactivate it here: https://my.aximmetry.com/User/ManageActivations 
If you don't see it there, please report it and we will do it for you.
Note, you have other licenses, you might have mistaken those for this license on the Manage Activation page.

We deactivated that machine for you, so now you should be able to use that key on other machines.
