Hi,
You could turn off Allow Virtuals. When doing so Aximmetry will render the talent's image.
Or maybe turning on Inverse Tonemap will fix your issue. Inverse Tonemap counters the effect of Unreal's tone mapper on the billboard.
More on these options here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/green-screen-production/virtual-camera-workflow/setting-up-billboards-in-virtual-camera-compounds/#billboards-in-virtual-camera-compounds-with-aximmetry-de-unreal-engine-rendered
And in the case of Tracked cameras, you can find the Allow Virtuals option here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/green-screen-production/tracked-camera-workflow/scene-control-panel/#allow-virtuals
Warmest regards,
thank you
