This is my output setting. In the rendering menu, I set the output to vertical screen (1080 * 1920), but in the output setting, it can only be 1080P30. The default output is horizontal screen. How can I set it to output directly to 1080 * 1920?

RTMP works with fixed aspect ratios, and for most resolutions, there is only one choice.
If you need a portrait aspect video you can pad your video with black bars on the sides using the Placer and the Solid Color modules.
