I'm looking to rethink how i keep my aximmetry folders organized, it becomes messy as i tend to make modifications to various modules and save new versions of those.

There is a similar discussion here: https://my.aximmetry.com/post/1600-using-git-version-control-with-unreal-en
Also, always save modified camera compounds to a new place: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/scripting-in-aximmetry/flow-editor/compound/#working-with-compounds-from-aximmetry-library instead of overriding the camera compound file in the Common Library.
Warmest regards,
