If you are outputting the video by exposing the video pins to the right side, then you can add audio to the video output by exposing the audio pin right under the video pin:

Otherwise, there are modules like Video Device Out that can output your video with audio, if both audio and video are connected to the module.

Put Audio pin from input to Audio Out module and also do not forget to switch system audio to desired decklink channel.
