VISCA PTZ not found

Hello, very good, I have a Minrray brand PTZ camera, and I have aximmetry Professional DE, I go to the Manage Device, Camera Tracking part and the Visca section does not appear nor does Free-D

However, I have seen a tutorial where another person appears many sections in that section, including the Visca section and Free-D, any idea why those sections do not appear to me, or is it that I have to install something first on my computer?

I don’t know why you don’t se it, but Visca isn’t normally usable for camera tracking, since it’s a protocol for controlling cameras with rudimentary feedback in most cases.

FreeD is only supported in the Broadcast edition of Aximmetry, so that’s why you’re not seeing that option.
