Zoom or Webex meetings and Aximmetry

Hello,

I wonder if there is someone with experience running Aximmetry together with Zoom or Webex? We have tried it, and the processing delay in Aximmetry is causing problems when interacting with the other participants in the meeting any idea how to workaround the issue?

Thanks,

Ulf

There’s a setting to lower processing latency in Aximmetry. Have you tried that? What are you using to send video into Zoom? Both NDI and USB capture cards adds additional signal delay. Many DSLR cameras also have several frames of processing delay, which adds to the total I/O delay. The only way to avoid that is to get a professional broadcast camera.

Thank you for the tip. Where exactly is that setting for lower the processing latency.  We have only broadcast cameras. The problem lays solely in the 1 sec latency.  Which, is really fast but I'm trying to get it down even lower.

It’s in the regular Aximmetry settings page. 1 second sounds far too high. We have 450ms total latency from camera to output of Aximmetry, and that’s including a 4 frame delay from the camera.
