We broadcast some special live events. I need a automation or a trigger choose cameras and it must start with sign from real person moves. becouse it is 7/24 hours broadcast and I don't want to sit and choose between inputs. for now I have two inputs. first one is main camera. when presenter move his hand by automation cam2 needs to be online.

There are various modules that can be used to detect changes in your camera's picture and by that trigger events.
For example, the Measurer module can be used to detect if there are changes in a cropped area of your camera picture. Or the Bounds Finder module can determine the bounds of your talent on keyed input:
There are also various compounds at [Common]:Compounds\Detectors\ that can detect more complex changes.
If you are using a tracked camera, then using all these methods and tricks becomes harder, but not impossible.
If you can tell me your exact setup and what you imagine using as a trigger, I can describe to you exactly how you can achieve that in Aximmetry.
Also, many people use presentation clicker devices to trigger such changes. Even in our Camera Calibrator, we recommend using such a device.
And as Buffos said, once you have a trigger, you could use a playlist to automate the switch back to your desired camera or any other consecutive actions.

How about using the playlist feature?
If you can generate the trigger, then it is very simple to do what you describe with a playlist.
