Aximmetry Supports for Seersense ds80 Tracker

Greetings Aximmetry, Xvisiotech has introduced a new tracking device called Seersense DS80 which offers maximum precision, accuracy, and a wide range of features. It would be really great and helpful if you could provide support for this Tracker within Aximmetry, similar to the support provided for intel Realsense T265. The Tracker is accessible by a Software Development Kit (SDK), which I have also on my Google Drive.

We already have this on our request list, other people have requested it too. We will consider adding it in a future release.

That's the one from Retracker Bliss by the look of it, isn't it?

It appears to be decently priced too on its own.

We have completed the development and also have a one click calibration function for the origin. We will update more functions in the future.

Dear Lee555: That's great, but it’s not free. Since some of us have already invested in Aximmetry and the DS80, we'd prefer if Aximmetry supported the Tracker so we wouldn't have to rely on third-party applications.

Dear rehema:Hello, using third-party programs allows for the development of more features here, such as one click calibration of the origin, which is very convenient and fast. Additionally, Free can be used with Unreal Engine, as well as 3dmax and more.

The genlock and other functions we are developing also need to be implemented on third-party programs

Will the upcoming Aximmetry update include the Seersense ds80 Tracker? There are still many of us who are waiting for Aximmetry to support it.

Sadly, it is highly unlikely that it will be included in the next release.
Aximmetry is working on support for it. Currently, our developers are waiting for the manufacturer in the process.

Eifert, we also use the DS80 (the Bliss Tracker branded version). We are a smaller studio and have been reluctant to make an investment in Aximmetry because the DS80 is not yet supported. Look forward to any updates you can share on the status and there is a growing community of DS80 users that would benefit from integration with Aximmetry.
