Yes, you have to deactivate your license key on the first PC to be able to use it on another PC.
In other words, you can activate one license key only on one PC at a time.
You can have only one community license with one account. To have more licenses for your account, you can order non-community licenses. Please note: Aximmetry Community Edition is not for commercial purposes or any other revenue-generating activities.
