Trouble AR monitor

 

Hi, 

I would like to do a monitor which will go from the floor to the real scene but I've got some issues.

I made in the UE a plane. On the plane I made a video material with texture (like in YouTube tutorials) and everything looked good but if I cooked the project and opened it in Axi, it has original Plane size, which is square. I need to make it 16:9. I tried to make my own Static mesh in the Blender (not use the square Plane in UE) and import it to UE but the texture (same like I applied on the UE Plane) is so blurry and doesn't fit.

If I deleted in Blueprints a "Set actor transform" it worked but when its connected to it, it doesn´t work.


So in short..I need the "monitor" make 16:9.

Could you help me please?

Hi,

The scale is only one dimensional in transformation values by default. But you can change it to be in the 3 dimensions by clicking on the triangle near the transformation value:

This way, you should be able to give the right size (16,9) to your object in Unreal from Aximmetry's Scene Node.
