Aximmetry DMX Input

Hello!

Today we have tried to test DMX input via art net.

We use Avolites Titan Mobile light desk for that

Aximmetry IP for test is 2.0.0.2\24 Titan Mpbile PC ip is 2.0.0.1\24

Titan mobile can see aximetry artnet on its interface

Aximmetry also can see Titan Mobile as DMX(Artnet) Out (as detected device in start menu)

In my compound i try to set controlable feature with DMX input module.

I set 0 net 0 subnet 0 universe and channel 200 (for example) but on output pin of DMX input module nothing happens (just zero value)

I run ArtNetominator software to see what going on Artnet in complex and see that signal from titan mobile on channel 200 comes fine.

So i'm confused

How we can properly setup Aximmetry with DMX (Artnet) input?

When you setup the DMX Input module did you select ArtNet: as Device?

Yes. We set Artnet as device at starting dialog at "device mapper" menu and choose Titan Mobile At "Manage Device" menu for DMX out but no message from input

Hi Alexander,
Unfortunately we discovered an issue in Aximmetry that prevents using ArtNet input.
We apoligize for that. In a few days we'll release a patch that will fix this issue among others.

Hello together,

is this issue fixed ? I tryed to listen to ArtNet in Aximmetry and I got the Same Error. I am Using Dot2 onPC and the ArtNetominator can Clearly see what I am Doing..

Yes, it was fixed a few versions ago.

Also it might be a firewall problem. Aximmetry does not add any firewall exceptions automatically. Please try to turn it off temporarily.
