I don’t think you can expect them to reply on a weekend. Most companies in Europe are closed Saturday-Sunday. Why can’t you buy it directly on the website instead?

Unfortunately, in my case it is not possible to solve it through the website, I have a monthly contract and every 19th I receive my payment link from them, and there is nothing I can do through the website, since the process is done manually, but for the second time in a row they forgot to send me, and last time I was automatically blocked in the middle of the job and had serious problems, and will probably happen again. The payment process is manual but the blocking is automatic. My hope was that someone from support saw my message in time to avoid the block.
