If you are using the Video Recorder module, make sure you set as many Audio Tracks as the number of the last connected Audio input pin of the Video Recorder module:
If you are using the [Common_Studio]:Compounds\Record\Record_3-Audio.xcomp compound, then you don't need to make such a setting:
Also, make sure your video recording is receiving audio.
