Unreal Engine - LiveLinkFace Troubleshooting

Hi, I am writing this forum post to address an issue that I think may be unique to working in Unreal Engine for Aximmetry.

I am trying to use PoseAI's mocap tracking in tandem with LiveLink Face to control both body and face. Installing plugins worked as intended for PoseAI LiveLink plugin, but only one other plugin appears under my "Installed" tab; I am unsure of what that implies. When trying to connect to UE from LiveLink face, LiveLink data gets sent to the wrong source (PoseAI), because that is the only LiveLink source to appear, resulting in "PoseAI: failed to deserialize json object from.... etc". In every tutorial I've watched, simply checking off LiveLink and AppleARKit plugins is enough to get the LiveLink Face source to pop-up when simulating the scene.

On clicking "install plugins" I just receive this short log: https://pastebin.com/L6veuw3X

I am really at a loss as to whether this even has to do with Aximmetry, but after watching a handful of tutorials that did the exact thing that I am trying to do in very few steps, I have to wonder if any help could be provided here.

Thank you for your time!

The log indicates that you’ve installed the plug-in successfully. The “installed” tab only shows the external plug-ins that you’ve installed manually, but there are hundreds of plug-ins that come package with the Unreal installer that aren’t enabled by default. What plug-ins are are enabled by default depends on the starter project, so my guess is that you need to enable a plug-in for LiveLink Face support.
