i hv install again 1 more time after i change my CPU. then cant instl, some one tell me how come like that? thanks

Hi,
Make sure that you have an internet connection when installing.
If you don't have internet access on the computer, then deselect all content packages when installing:
And instead download them from here: https://my.aximmetry.com/User/MyDownloadsand move them to your computer with the installer. If this error happens while you have an internet connection, then it is likely that anti-virus or VPN is blocking the installer from downloading those content packages.
Also, you posted the screenshot with your actual license Product keys visible in the background. Beware and not share those in the future, especially when you have paid licenses, cause other people will be able to use them.
