'CONNECTION IS OUT OF SYNC' pop up when using live sync with Unreal Engine

PC specs:

CPU: 12 GEN INTEL CORE I9 12900KF
Memory: 64 Gb
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090
Windows version: 10

Unreal Engine version 4.27

Hi, I am facing an issue with Aximmetry whenever using live sync: every few seconds there is a repeated red popup in the top left corner saying 'CONNECTION IS OUT OF SYNC'.

This issue is not present when using the cook scene feature.

A quick response is appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help given.

Hi,

Do you have frame drops caused by increased performance load when "connection is out of sync" happens? If so, you should see something like this in the ProcessorLoad panel of Aximmetry Composer:

In this case, you might need to optimize your scene so it would run smoothly. Or for example, the increased load on your hardware is caused by other software.

If the FPS on the ProcessorLoad panel is consistently in the green (no frame loss):
'CONNECTION IS OUT OF SYNC' pop up when using live sync with Unreal Engine

You shouldn't see the red screen indicating "CONNECTION IS OUT OF SYNC".
If you do encounter this issue even with green FPS, could you please describe it in detail? For example, does it happen occasionally or all the time?
