I'm using Vibe Mars.
I've been using UE5 via livelink with no issues.
To use aximetry, this seems to be the sequence
Device Mapper => Camera Tracking => Manage Devices => [FreeD]
but I'm unable to find Free-D. (I use Professional DE)

Yes, you need Broadcast license for Free-D, more on it here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/faq/hardware/#which-professional-camera-tracking-systems-are-supported-by-aximmetry
This is what you should see in the Broadcast license for tracking:
While in other versions, you will only see these:

I don't see this with Professional DE version also !
Do I need to install something or I need to pay a broadcast version too ?
