Are you sure you’re using the COM port for the tracking data and not UDP over Ethernet? In your screen shot you have the COM port selected. 

When configuring the tracking with the mosys aximmetry option, these 2 COM and UDP configurations appear, and of course I connect from the mosys to the aximmetry server through an ethernet connection, since I must generate an ip to communicate with the mosys the computer

If you look at the log message you can clearly see that you’re trying to connect to the COM port and not through UDP. You need to select UDP and the correct port in the Edit Device panel.

And what does the message log say now? Are you sure you’ve selected the correct port?

We configure the mosys through port 1 which would be 8001 and in addition to connecting the ip network from the mosys to the computer, then when selecting the udp in aximmetry and selecting a camera the message appears

But there is an option in the mosys hardware to check that mosys and the computer communicate (PING1) but when doing the test communication failed appears, this same configuration in native unreal connects super well but we need to configure it with aximmetry

If the ping doesn’t work it’s a network issue. Check your Windows Firewall. The two first IP addresses appear to be internal to mosys. Try to change to one of the other ports in the list.
