Yes, it’s actually pretty easy to do. When the News_Room scene is opened, find the Newsroom-Studio-Preset-Mode 1 node, left click on it once and change the text by changing the TEXT TOP and TEXT BOTTOM values in the Pin Values to anything you like. 

You can change the size and position of both texts here individually as well.
