While Using Vive Mars FreeD, tics/glitching shows without operating camera.

Hello,

We are currently using Vive Mars FreeD as a camera traking device.

While using it, we spotted glitching/tics in every 10-20 seconds.

Mars is set up in front the green screen studio within 4 of 2.0 base stations range.

We have been looking around for solution of this problem but could not find the right one yet.

Our Mars firm ware version is 2.05.999.5

Please help us.

Hi,

Do you use a sync generator? If yes, you should try it if you experience the same issue without using it.

You could also try if the same thing happens using a different computer, router, or ethernet cable. And try not to use wifi connection if you have a complex routing setup.
And test if it happens with every Vive Rover you have.
