1- If we buy your SE Edition, can we use the Demo studios sets for commercial projects?
2- Do you have tutorials how to create virtual sets for SE Edition, which 3d software to use ?

Yes, you can use the Demo studio sets for commercial projects.
Note that the Community Edition is only allowed for non-commercial usage, while you can use all the other editions for commercial production: https://aximmetry.com/learn/faq/licenses/
