Basic Lens Calibration

Hallo,

I have a problem with the Basic Lens CalibrationWhen I change the focus of the camera, the FOV will also change. So according to the description on the webpage(https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/basic-lens-calibration-without-lens-distortion/?_ga=2.66162798.1737453205.1667182608-455955880.1661154950), I need to do multiple focuses under the same zoom. I made five points for zoom. It works very well. But when I add five new points of different focuses under the same zoom, the original working zoom will become strange. Now it will make a big jump at 25%. Similarly, it is 50%, 75%. No matter what focus I am under.

 This is 25%.

This is 26%.

How can I solve this problem?

Thank you.

Hi,

Can you upload a screenshot of your calibration points?:

Alternatively, you could upload the calibration XML file or copy past its contents here.

Also, what kind of lens encoder or hardware do you use? Make sure that the lens encoder is not already calibrated by the encoder's middleware software.

Warmest regards,

Thank you for your answers. I have found the problem. When we add multiple focuses to the zoom, we need to manually enter the same zoom value. The number automatically added by aximetry is incorrect. Now zoom and focus are working very well. There are still some problems in the adjustment of K1K2. I'm still learning. Thank you for your answers.

Thank you.
