Aximmetry have created some ready to use tools to create lower thirds which you can find in

Aximmetry\Projects\Common_Studio\Compounds\LowerThird

You Can do basic lower thirds using these tools like the following

For Animation you can use Sequencer module with Lthird-xx Tools like this

But from my little experience is it recommended to use

InLoopOut_Sequencer Linked Compound

It make life easier to animate lower thirds

then you can create your animation using sequence Editor

To control the animation you need to create a Pin Collector And Control Board using right click on the flow

Then Make the connection Like this

You can start the animation Using the new controller

This is one way but you can use Video_InLoopOut Linked Compound to have 3 videos in video/loop video /out video and control the animation using same way or you can create your lower third system as you need using the software tools

For Crawls you can use Text_Crawl Tool Which you can find in
