I think that you cant do that with the current green control panel maybe aximmtery add this feature later

But you can edit this control board or create your custom board.

Yes. As Ahmed wrote this is a basic control. However if you click on it then you will able to see a Video Offset n property.

If you set it to a positive value then the movie will start from that second.

It might be enough for your current need.

If not then you can try to customize the module. In the Flow graph it is implemented in Overlays_Vid_Ins_Logo_Crawl_Green.
