Tracking data cannot be recognized during playback

Hi,

I'm creating with a BPMCC6K with a VIVE device, and I ran into some issues along the way. When I use the tracking camera to track the footage in real time, the scene and camera match perfectly. But when I record in TRK INPUTS interface, I get a temporary generated MP4 file and Xdata file. I followed the tutorial to record video with the camera as well, and replaced the naturally generated MP4 files in the folder, and then I ran into a problem.

How does Axi synchronize the content of the real camera with the tracking cam through timecode (because in playback I can only get the content of the real camera, but not the motion track of the camera, while in real-time tracking I have completed the calibration and matched the scene )

How can I link the footage recorded by the camera with xdata and regenerate a higher quality picture but with the same camera movement as the virtual scene.

Looking at the error message, it doesn’t look like you’re sending any timecode from the camera? You need timecode to sync up,the tracking data and the camera recording.

I am not sure I am posting this in the right category.  We are trying to get Mars Camera tracker to work with Unreal Engine 4.27.  We think our setup is working because we can see the tracking data and everything appears to work when we are in "editor"  however, when we launch the Switchboard listener and Switchboard and load and run the project - "nothing happens"  editor works, but switchboard play doesn't.  What are we missing?

Hi TwoDoge,

Please check if none of these apply to you in the error message:

If you don't find the source of the problem, can you show some screenshots of your Flow Editor in Aximmetry?

Also if you are replacing the mp4 with higher quality footage, then read this part of the documentation: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/recording-camera-tracking-data/#playback

Warmest regards,
