Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0

I'm having trouble connecting a camera via capture card. The board is a Blackamagic Intensity Shuttle connected via usb 3.0. It is recognized by Aximmetry, but does not display video. I have already updated the driver, but to no avail. If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it!

Is it happening with the Unreal 5 beta version? If so, could you test it with the normal Aximmetry?
We have a similar bug when using Magewell USB Capture AIO with Aximmetry Unreal 5 beta.
