I feel like i've been going in circles on this:
we're outputting to another system (wirecast), and the audio looks like it's around 10 frames ahead of the video. the audio delay within the record module doesn't seem to have an effect, nor using an audio delayer module. the audio is originating from the camera via sdi. monitoring within axi is all in sync. using the same camera feed directly to our wirecast system is also perfectly in sync, but sending out from axi to wirecast, can't get it in sync.

When exposing the video to the output, you have to also expose the audio under it:
The Record_3-Audio compound works just like the Audio Delayer module. They should both work without any problem. Note though that 2 seconds is the maximum delay that one Audio Delayer module can do.
If the issue is still happening, can you show a screenshot of how the Audio is being exposed/output in the Aximmetry Flow Editor? Also, how is Aximmetry connected to the Wirecast, they are on the same computer?
Note, that you can even send just audio with the Audio Out module, this is a good way to listen in inside Aximmetry.
